Room is small but I knew that coming here. As for cleanliness, it's decently kept, but there were about 25 dead insects inside the bathroom and a check of underneath the mattress sheets showed about 4 dead bedbugs. I believe the room was recently fumigated so I'm not complaining there. Beds were actually really good and the pillows were clean and comfortable. The gentleman who helped me out was extremely kind and helpful and saved me from a bad experience with a motel across the street @ Starlight Motel. Terrible experience there but amazing one here. 4/5 but only because of cleanliness and smell. The price is fitting for the quality of what you get. Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again!

This small vintage sized motel was quite nice for us . The room was clean the king size bed was incredibly comfortable the shower nozzle was great. Bathroom is a little small but also clean . The owner is one of the nicest people I met in the area ! Very friendly and hospitable! I definitely recommend !

I was really, pleasantly surprised by this place. I've stayed in far more expensive hotels that were not as spotlessly clean as this. The room smelled good - no musty odor at all. The beds were clean and well made with no evidence of bugs and the sheets were decent quality and not worn out. The owner was cheerful and helpful. I lost my room key and although I was charged for it, the owner found the key, let me know and immediately refunded the key charge. That kind of honesty and integrity is very delightful when you find it. The next time I'm up this way and need to stay overnight, I'll be staying here without question.

I've stayed here multiple times while in Louisiana. The owner is very nice. I would rate this place 5 stars for the price. The rooms here are cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in for double the price. Just don't expect a 4 star hotel and you'll be happy.
